At our Department currently one Research Assistant is enrolled in the M.Engg. research programme. The latest feature of the department’s research programme is the commencement of doctoral research for its faculty. Mr. Adnan Qadir (Associate Professor) has the honour of being the first Ph.D. research scholar who shall be working in the area of Engineering Materials, specifically targeting plastic waste material for developing construction material (refuse derived material). It is relatively new area which will also highlight Solid Waste Management in context to recycling and reuse of waste materials.
