 Administrative works & co-ordination with Teaching & Non-Teaching Departments relevant to Infrastructure Development.
Managing preparation of Development Projects and Development Budgets.
Managing the use of Project funds.
Managing Tendering Works of procurement of equipment, construction works, etc.
Co-ordination with donor agencies, Ministry/Division for approval of scheme and release of funds.
Co-ordination with consultants, contractors/suppliers.
Co-ordination with University bodies such as FPC /UDWP, Syndicate, Senate, etc. |
