Foreword

 

To be on a par with developed countries, the developing countries will have to move at a faster speed, therefore for  developing countries Continuing Engineering Education (CEE) is very important and a must. The Vice Chancellor, NED University Karachi has established CCEE in 1998.

It formulates & conducts short duration courses in Engineering, IT & Management to periodically supplement initial University Education of Engineers & Professionals to prepare them for wider responsibilities & to make them to remain productive and creative for entire span of their life. CCEE launch various types of short courses (certificate courses) for all those  (any graduate) who wish to keep abreast of the recent developments and knowledge explosion.

In addition to above CCEE from 2007 offers evening courses, viz.,      

  •   2 year “Conversion Course” for B.Tech (Pass) and
  • Postgraduate certificate courses offered at Master’s level for Engineers registered with PEC.
