About Masters Program

The department offers Evening (05-semesters) and Weekend (03-semesters) programmes leading to Master of Engineering (Computer Systems) degree and Master of Science (Data Engineering and Information Management) respectively.

All the admitted students to M. Engg. Programme in Computer Systems will be required to study 05 compulsory courses. A student may elect 04 courses from his / her area of specialization (Either Computer Architecture and System Design OR Computer Networks and Performance evaluation). A student enrolled in one area of specialization may elect a course from other area of specialization. Each course consist of 03 credit hours. The Masters degree will be awarded after successful completion of 30-credit hour course work. The student may also opt Dissertation (09 Credits) or ISP (06 Credits) as defined by Departmental policy.

All the admitted students to MS (DEIM) Weekend Programme will also be required to study 05 compulsory courses out of 10 courses. Each course is consist of 03 credit hours. The Masters degree will be awarded after successful completion of 30-credit hour course work.
