2. PETROMAN INSTITUTION (1986-1998)
Worked as Visiting Faculty Member. Conducted seminars, workshops and technical upgrading courses on the topics of Electrical Demand Management Techniques, Efficient Utilization of Electrical Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance of Electrical Machines & Electrical Safety.

3. MIDDLE EAST TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, TURKEY
During M.S. studies (1972-74) was employed as Student Assistant.

INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:
1). NATIONAL CRESCENT PETROLEUM LIMITED, KARACHI, (1984 to 1998)


i) Design of 20 MW Electrical Power System for Hydrocracker Refinery.
ii) In-house Power Generation study for the refinery along with the project lenders, The World Bank, IDB and NDFC.     
iii) Project Management Activities included preparation of Project Feasibility Reports,Pre-qualification of international vendors according to World Bank Guidelines. Evaluation of technical bids for the $600 Million Hydrocracker Project.
    
    

2) ENAR PETROTECH SERVICES Ltd. (l985 to1989)

Worked as Consultant (Electrical) {on assignment from NCPL}
i) Conducted Energy Audit and Energy Management & Energy Conservation Studies of a number of large industrial Plants, including Pakistan Steel Mills, National Refinery, Thatt? Cement Plant, Attock Cement Plant, Pakistan Refinery etc.
ii) A comprehensive titled “Evaluation of Self Power Generation Requirements” for 67 industrial units of Ministry of Production, Government of Pakistan, was undertaken.

3) PAKISTAN STEEL MILLS CORPORATION LIMITED, KARACHI (1975 to 1984)
Worked at Installation Testing & Commissioning of 110 MW Thermal Power Plant. After commission was assigned the responsibility of In-charge Electrical Department and then worked as Superintending Engineer, responsible for Operation and Maintenance of power generation and interconnection with KESC at 132 kV.

4) NESPAK – Lahore (1974 To 1975)
Worked as design engineer at Lahore office.
