II.  Taught in Sir Syed University Of Engineering & Technology from September 1996 –October 1997
III. Presently teaching in NED University of Engineering & Technology from November 1997.
Research Experience Completed PhD degree (Semiconductor Devices) which deals with growth, fabrication, characterization, modelling and simulation of wide bandgap semiconductor (ZnO,GaN and SiC etc) schottky diodes, heterojunction diodes and LEDs
