Parameter to determine strength of IT services is the end-user satisfaction. IT Department has a help desk which provides centralised customer facilitation for all IT services and also provides following support;

Software and Desktop Support
Network Support
Hardware Maintenance
NEDUET-Campus Management System (Portal)
High Performance Computing (HPC)

The services are not confined to the main campus but are extended to the varsity’s two other campuses.
