Our Laboratories are installed with the following advanced machines:

 CNC MILLING MACHINE:

This is used for machining stationary objects, to create slots,holes,etc.

 PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING:

Plastics can be shaped into many forms using different types of process such as molding, casting, extrusion, calendaring, laminating, foaming and thermoforming Injection molding is an extremely versatile process for producing a wide range of simple or complex plastic parts - economically and with a good finish Plastic Injection molding is preferred for producing complex shapes of various sizes having very fine details. The parts produced by using this method have greater dimensional control. Plastic Injection molding is used for producing parts in large quantities.

 CNC 5 Axix MILLING MACHINE:

This is used for advance machining of dies and moulds to get precise results.

PRECISION WIRE CUT MACHINE:

Precision wire cut machining offers excellent positional accuracies in certain special applications.

CNC LATH:

This is used for machining the billets to desired shapes.

 FDM MACHINE:

Rapid Prototyping Technique creates a physical prototype in a very short time. Understanding, transferring and acceptance of new conceptual design become easy. Production procedure is accelerated through.
early identification and correction of the design errors.
Main advantages of this technology are;
a) Visual study & functional analysis of the product
b) To use prototypes for rapid tooling.

PROFILE TESTER(3D):

This is used for 3D profile testing.

PROFILE TESTER(2D):

This is used for 2D profile testing.

 RBOTIC ARM:

This is used for automation in industry, it is used to program the PLCs and other controls.

 EDM:

EDM is a method of working exceptionally hard metals and other materials that are difficult to machine cleanly with more conventional methods; EDM also removes metal from a basic work piece until the desired part is attained. Using this process is extremely accurate and reliability. Its ability to create complex and intricate parts with a high degree of accuracy & machine parts on an extremely small scale make it distinguish from other convectional processes.

FAROARM

FaroArm with 12.7 micron accuracy renders traditional CMMs and other hand tools obsolete. Any product with complex shape can be inspected and reverse engineered or CAD-to-Part analysis on parts, fixtures and assemblies can be performed. 3D CAD model of any part can easily be generated with its touch probe or byusing a 3D scanner.
