 UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM:

The main objective of these courses is to provide students with a thorough grasp of fundamentals on which modern engineering sciences are based. Theoretical instruction is supplemented with relevant experimental work in the laboratories. Comprehensive instructional programmes are designed to stress the rational and analytical approach to engineering problems. They prepare young professional engineers, who may choose to work either in the field or to undertake advanced studies and research.

 

 AWARD OF DEGREE:

 Students who comply with the conditions prescribed by the university and successfully complete their courses and pass the required University Examinations are awarded the degree of B.E. in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.

 

 COURSE DESCRIPTION & NUMBERING SYSTEM :

Course numbers assigned for courses of studies in the B.E. Degree Programmes prescribed by the University are represented through Mixed Notations consisting of an abbreviation for the teaching department offering the course followed by a three digit number.
Following abbreviations are used for the teaching departments offering the courses:
