ORIC-NEDUET organizes and facilities various activities not only on student level but faculty level as well. The Office has also been reaching out to institutions all over Pakistan for collaborative efforts.

Timelenders Workshop: Kuch Khawab Hain Jinko

Kamran Zahid of Timelenders delivered a workshop on strategizing your vision to make a big impact! The interactive session was well received by audience that included students, faculty and attendees from the industry.

Third edition of DICE Virtual Innovation Competition organized by NED Entrepreneurship Society

NED Entrepreneurship Society, ORIC_NED collaboration with the esteemed DICE Foundation brought DICE Virtual Innovation Competition (DICE VIC) for the students of NED University. This competition is an opportunity aimed to facilitate the implementation process of student ideas and innovation that are successful in proving their worth.

Total 30 groups have participated in the competition comprising of 3 rounds. Eleven teams were selected after the end of second round. Finalist teams were given a tour of the CINETIC Building at the end of day two. Business Incubation Centre and MakerStudio were presented to the semifinalists.

The winning projects were Mobile Painter, Bio-gas from Kitchen Waste, and Real World Manifestation.

Unilever Foundry Kickstart Session

ORIC-NEDUET hosted Unilever Foundry session where the team of Unilever Pakistan had an interactive session with aspiring engineers of NED University OF Engineering and Tech. Karachi to solve problems pertaining to their various business processes.

OpenMic hosts its first ever literary recital meetup under SpeakLit!

Dawn of Free Verse is the first installment of a bilungual literary feast organized by Team SpeakLit of OpenMic to introduce Spoken Words at the campus. The session was for all the engineers who have stardust in their veins, hope in their eyes, inspiration for Lang Leav's words ya woh Ghalib ki shayiri k girweeda hain. The event unified all the literary enthusiasts from the engineering university and gave them a chance to perform their literary works. The literatis were joined by guest performers who performed poetry slams, did some afsana goi and recited ghazals. The event garnered massive encouragement and appreciation from students and faculty alike.

CycleYaari organizes friendly marathon for Techlogix

Techlogix is an IT services, consulting and business solutions company that helps its global clientele achieve enterprise transformation by harmonizing people, business processes, and technology. This cycling race was organized to give Techlogix's staff a wheelie challenge for recreational purpose.
