Student Facilities:

Medical Centre

The Medical centre provides routine Medical Facilities to the students of the University. A qualified doctor is incharge of the Medical centre assisted by para-medical staff.

Sports Section

University sports complex headed by Controller Student Affairs provides facilities for Athletics, Badminton, Cricket, Football, Table Tennis, Hockey, Physical fitness and Basketball.

Duty Society

The society gives interest free loans to the students in need of financial help. The terms of such loans and application forms may be obtained from the Secretary of the Society.

Lending Library & Book Bank

Text books are issued at nominal charges to the needy students for one academic year on their enrolling as member of the Lending Library and Book Bank. The books are required to be returned to the Library Book Bank at the end of the academic year.

University General Store

There is a University General Store on the campus for meeting the general stationary requirements of the students. It works on a no-profit basis and is managed by a committee of members from the teaching staff and the students.

Transport

Point bus transport is provided by the University from convenient points. The places and charges are determined by the University.

Boys Common Room

A facility of Boys Common Room properly furnished, is available. The Boys Common Room is provided with facilities of the indoor games and necessary reading materials i.e. magazines etc.

Girls Common Room

A Girls Common Room for the Girl students of the University is also available. It is properly furnished with necessary comforts such as telephone etc.

Boys & Girls Canteen

There are six canteens, which are running under the supervision of controller student affairs office. The food and other items are available in these canteens on nominal charges.
