The Department continuing in its efforts to promote and benefit from the research and development activities within the Textile Industry has been contacting various Industries and Organizations for mutually beneficial research initiatives as well as final year engineering projects for the year 2009-2010. Several projects and nominations have been finalized so far. |

As per previous practice, the Department would be arranging CAD Trainings using the latest and state of the art software tools. Industry Experts and the Departmental Faculty would be conducting trainings on AutoCAD 200x; Autodesk Inventor Professional;Pro-Engineer WF x and Uni-Graphics under the auspices of the Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. |
