Examination FAQs

Download Verification Form, attach required documents and submit the prescribed fee.

Download Transcript Form (same for Duplicate Transcript) attach required documents and submit the prescribed fee in the Bank branches at NED University.

Download degree form from our website. Following documents are required for obtaining the duplicate degree:

  1. Affidavit for Rs.50/= and attested by 1st Class magistrate.
  2. Photocopy of original Degree (if available)
  3. Photocopy of Enrolment Card.
  4. Photocopy of transcript.
  5. Photocopy of C.N.I.C.
  6. Newspaper advertisement about loss of degree.
  7. Submission of fee. (Fee mentioned on the form).

Download degree dispatch form from website; follow the instructions mentioned on the form. For transcript Write institution(s) name and address at point no.11 on the Transcript Form along with prescribed Courier Charges for local or foreign destination.

Processing time starts after submission of documents:

  1. ORDINARY: Fifteen (15) working days.
  2. URGENT: Ten (10) working days.
  3. One Month for affiliated colleges.

Processing time starts after submission of documents:

  1. ORDINARY: Forty Five (45) working days.
  2. URGENT: Twenty Five (25) working days.

Processing time starts after submission of documents. (Normally 15 to 20 working days)

1. Send the request on Official Letterhead along with copies of degree/documents to be verified.
2. Send Payorder or crossed Cheque in favour of Director Finance NED University of Engg. & Tech.

There is no urgent fee.

Please deposit fee in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with intimation to this office. After fee receipt confirmation, we will process the case. Applicant within Pakistan can submit pay order or demand draft in favour of Director of Finance, NED University.
