Download degree form from our website. Following documents are required for obtaining the duplicate degree:

  1. Affidavit for Rs.50/= Stamp Paper and attested by 1st Class magistrate.
  2. Undertaking on Rs.100/= Stamp Paper and attested by Oath Commissioner. (Sample with Degree Form)
  3. Photocopy of original Degree (if available)
  4. Photocopy of C.N.I.C. / Passport.
  5. Newspaper advertisement about loss of degree.
  6. Submission of fee. (Fee mentioned on the form).

Download degree dispatch form from website; follow the instructions mentioned on the form. For transcript Write institution(s) name and address at point no.11 on the Transcript Form along with prescribed Courier Charges for local or foreign destination.

Processing time starts after submission of documents:

  1. ORDINARY: Fifteen (15) working days.
  2. URGENT: Ten (10) working days.
  3. One Month for affiliated colleges.

  2. URGENT: Twenty-Five (25) working days.

Three merit positions shall be awarded in each Discipline based on the overall CGPA upto three decimal points, passing all University Examinations i.e. First year to Final year examinations in one attempt. In case of tie for merit position, it shall be decided on the maximum number of A+ in overall years of study. In case of a further tie, decision will be made on number of A+ in courses of the final year of studies. If it is still a tie, two or more merit positions on the same merit shall be awarded to the students on each three merit positions. However, the consecutive merit position(s) will be skipped. Such students, who shall not graduate with their original batch, shall not be considered for the award of merit positions.

Electronic Verification (via E-mail) for Overseas (Organization / Company / Institution):
  • Verification fee: US $125 Per Case
  • Enclosed scanned/electronic copy of payment receipt and scan copy of academic document(s).

  1. Submit transcript issuance form along with required documents (Copy of Old Transcript / Mark sheets and Copy of Degree) via email to contexam@neduet.edu.pk, submit required fee as mentioned on the form to given NED Bank account in FAQs.
  2. Submit Verification of Academic Documents Form along with required documents (Copies of documents to be verified or original documents (to be submitted physically)) via email to contexam@neduet.edu.pk, submit required fee as mentioned on the form to given NED Bank account in FAQs.
NOTE:
  • If the original transcript needs to be verified after fresh issuance, applicant need to submit both of the forms.
  • Receipt of online fee payment to be submitted via email for confirmation.
  • If applicant needs to send document(s) via courier to international destination, please mention complete address on the same form. Courier charges are mentioned in International Courier Charges in FAQs.

 

The verification process is not conducted on an urgent basis.

Please deposit fee in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with intimation to this office. After fee receipt confirmation, we will process the case. Applicant within Pakistan can submit pay order or demand draft in favour of Director of Finance, NED University.
