The University maintains a well-planned Staff Colony within close proximity to the main campus to provide comfortable housing for its employees and faculty members. The Colony Allotment Committee is responsible for overseeing the allocation and management of residential accommodations provided by the University for its employees. The committee ensures transparency, fairness, and adherence to the approved policies in all matters related to staff housing. These residential facilities are allocated to staff members with a minimum of two years of regular service, based on a seniority list.
University residential accommodation is available to employees holding at least two years of regular service. The details of available colony residences are as follows:

Procedures for Allotment of Residential Accommodation:
Residential accommodation is allotted on the basis of a seniority list maintained for each category of employees. The Secretary of the Allotment Committee is responsible for preparing and updating this list on a first-come, first-served basis. The seniority list is displayed publicly to invite objections, if any, before finalizing allotments. In addition to the general allotments, certain accommodations are reserved for essential staff such as Medical Officers, Sub-Engineers, Supervisors, Nurses, Security Staff, and Sanitary Workers to ensure smooth campus operations, as shown below:

Residential Facilities:
- Fully constructed and maintained A–F type flats based on employee grade.
- Foreign Faculty Suites for visiting scholars and international staff.
- Water, electricity, and gas connections with maintenance oversight.
- Green spaces and internal road network ensuring a peaceful residential environment.
- Rent and utility billing system managed through the Directorate of Finance.
